How to Raise a Grievance

If you have a complaint about Blast Learning India’s services, content, data handling, billing, or any other aspect of your experience on the platform, you may raise a formal grievance with our designated Grievance Officer.

This mechanism is established in compliance with Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

What to Include in Your Grievance

To help us investigate and resolve your complaint, please include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Whether you are a parent/guardian or a student
  • A clear description of the issue, including dates and any relevant details
  • Any supporting documents, screenshots, or correspondence
  • The resolution you are seeking

How We Handle Grievances

Acknowledgment: Your grievance will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt.

Investigation: The Grievance Officer will review the complaint, which may include contacting you for further details.

Resolution: The Grievance Officer will communicate a resolution within 30 days of receiving the grievance. If additional time is required due to the complexity of the issue, you will be informed of the expected timeline.

Ticket tracking: A reference number will be assigned to each grievance so you can track its status by writing to the Grievance Officer.

If You Are Not Satisfied

If the resolution provided by the Grievance Officer does not address your concern, you may:

  • Escalate through the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or consumerhelpline.gov.in
  • File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India for matters relating to personal data, as established under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • Approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from or in connection with the use of Blast Learning India’s platform shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
