Refund and Cancellation Policy

Blast Learning India · /refund-policy Last updated: 07.08.2026

This policy is published in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. It applies to all courses and subscriptions offered through the Blast Learning India platform.

Trial Period

Blast Learning offers a 14-day trial on all courses. No credit card or payment details are required to begin the trial. Payment details are collected only toward the end of the trial period, and the paid subscription begins only after the parent confirms.

Cancellation during the trial: You may cancel at any time during the 14-day trial. If you cancel before submitting payment details, no charge is incurred and no refund is applicable. If payment details have been submitted but the first billing cycle has not yet begun, you may cancel and no charge will be processed.

After the trial expires without confirmation: If you do not submit payment details or confirm the subscription by the end of the trial, access to paid features is suspended. Your account and progress data are retained for 90 days, during which you may reactivate by completing payment. After 90 days, the account may be deactivated and data handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Paid Subscriptions

Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly.

Cancellation of a paid subscription: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date, and no further charges are applied from the next cycle onward.

Subsequent billing cycles: No refund is available for any billing cycle that has already begun, except in the circumstances described under “Exceptions” below.

  2. Once the user confirms the cancellation, the subscription renewal is cancelled.
  3. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  4. The user will continue to have full access to all subscribed course features until the current billing period ends.
  5. No further automatic renewal or recurring payment will be charged after the current billing period.
  6. Once the billing period expires, the subscription status will change to Cancelled, and access to the paid course features will be revoked.
  7. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by applicable law or approved under the company’s refund policy.

Keep your cancellation confirmation email. It serves as your record that the request was received and the date it was submitted.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@blastlearning.in from the registered parent email address with the subject line “Refund Request.” Include:

  • The student’s name and the course name
  • The date of enrollment and the date of your cancellation
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Your preferred refund method (if different from the original payment method)

Refund requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless an alternative is agreed.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered outside the standard policy in the following circumstances:

  • A technical failure on the Platform prevented access to the course for a sustained period (more than 72 consecutive hours) during the billing cycle
  • A billing error resulted in a duplicate or incorrect charge
  • The course was materially different from what was described on the course page at the time of enrollment

In each case, Blast Learning will investigate the claim and communicate a decision within 14 business days. Supporting documentation (screenshots, correspondence, error messages) will assist the investigation.

What Is Not Refundable

  • Subscription fees for billing cycles that have already been completed
  • Partial use of a billing cycle
  • Dissatisfaction with academic outcomes, since the Platform provides adaptive learning tools and does not guarantee specific examination results or grade improvements
  • Failure to use the Platform during an active billing cycle

No Cancellation Charges

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Blast Learning does not impose cancellation charges on any consumer cancelling a subscription.

Plan Changes

If you wish to switch between Essential and Advanced plans, contact support@blastlearning.in, Plan changes take effect from the next billing cycle. No additional charge or penalty is applied for switching.
