By accessing or using the Blast Learning India platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Grievance Redressal mechanism, each of which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.
Blast Learning India is a self-study operating system that provides AI-powered, adaptive learning tools and courses for students. The Platform is operated by CAPTIVE APP INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered under the laws of India.

The Platform serves students in India. All accounts must be registered by a parent or legal guardian who is 18 years of age or older and is competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Students below 18 years of age may use the Platform only under a parent or guardian-registered account. The parent or guardian is responsible for all activity under the account and provides verifiable consent for the collection and processing of the student’s personal data in accordance with the DPDP Act 2023.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep that information current.
The Platform currently offers Math Genius Maker in two plans, Essential and Advanced. Additional courses may be added in the future. Specific features, course content, and plan details are described on the relevant course page at the time of enrollment and may be updated from time to time.
The Platform includes adaptive learning features powered by AI. Results and learning paths are generated based on the student’s performance and may vary between students.
Blast Learning offers a 14-day trial on its courses. The trial is subject to the following terms:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Blast Learning does not store credit card or debit card numbers on its servers.
Subscription fees are subject to change. Any change in pricing will be communicated to active subscribers at least 14 days before the new price takes effect, and the change will apply from the next billing cycle only.
Prices displayed on the Platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
During the trial: You may cancel at any time during the 14-day trial period by emailing support@blastlearning.in or using the cancellation option in your account settings. No payment will be charged if cancellation is completed before payment details are submitted.
After the trial (paid subscription): You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform until the end of that period, and no further charges will be applied. Refunds for the current billing period are subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
How to cancel: Send an email to support@blastlearning.in from the registered parent email address with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include the student’s name and the course name. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours.
All content on the Platform, including course material, assessments, text, graphics, software, AI-generated outputs, and the Blast Learning brand, is the intellectual property of CAPTIVE APP INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your active subscription.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written consent.

Blast Learning reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Blast Learning provides adaptive learning tools and educational content. The Platform does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, examination results, or grade improvements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blast Learning’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Blast Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Blast Learning makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content, or the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
Blast Learning reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or through a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
