Blast Learning India is a product of CAPTIVE APP INNOVATION & TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered under the laws of India with its registered office at T T NAGAR SHOPPING CENTER, PLOT NO.55, North TT Nagar, POLICE STATION ROAD, IN FRONT OF T T NAGAR POLICE STATION, Bhopal, MADHYA PRADESH – 462003. In this policy, “Blast Learning,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that entity. “You” refers to the parent, guardian, or student using our platform.
Blast Learning India is a self-study operating system that teaches students how to learn. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you hold over it.
This policy is published in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 (DPDP Rules), the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules).
We collect personal data that you provide directly during registration, use of the platform, and communication with our support team.

We do not use personal data for behavioural advertising, targeted marketing to students, or profiling for purposes unrelated to the educational service we provide.
Blast Learning serves students aged 11 to 18. Under the DPDP Act 2023, all users below the age of 18 are classified as children, and processing their personal data requires verifiable parental consent.
A parent or guardian must complete the registration process on behalf of the student. By registering a student account, the parent or guardian provides verifiable consent for the collection and processing of that student’s personal data for the educational purposes described in this policy.
We do not serve behavioural or targeted advertisements to student accounts. We do not track students for marketing purposes. We do not share student data with third parties for advertising.
Personal data is stored on servers located in India. We implement reasonable security practices and procedures, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews.
No method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We share personal data only in the following circumstances:
Payment processing: Parent billing and payment information is shared with Razorpay, our payment gateway, solely to process transactions. Razorpay’s own privacy policy governs their handling of that data.
Service providers: We may engage third-party service providers (cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to maintain confidentiality and security.
Legal requirements: We may disclose personal data if required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with advertisers. We do not share student data with any third party for purposes unrelated to delivering the educational service.
We retain personal data for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specifically:

Right of Access: You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities performed on it.
Right of Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right of Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
Right to Grievance Redressal: You may raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see below) or with the Data Protection Board of India if you are unsatisfied with our response.
Right to Nominate: You may nominate another individual to exercise your data rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

A parent or guardian may exercise these rights on behalf of their child’s account.
We use cookies and similar technologies for platform functionality (session management, login persistence) and anonymized analytics (page views, feature usage). We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days of receipt, in compliance with applicable regulations.
